  Honestly, I'm still drooling when thinking about the food here! Just exquisite haute cuisine! Joan Carles is a master of the kitchen and he really knows what and HOW to present you the food. Fresh ingredients, interesting combinations, he and his team did a great job to prepare some vegan food even if it was not in the main menu. Thanks so much! Many local specialties like Pals rice dishes, but the meat and fish dishes my partner ordered were delicious too. Highly recommended also for events as there is a nice garden restaurant attached to the main renovated building. Thanks for a FANTASTIC experience!

  One of the best meals I had during my time in Spain! Be sure to order the tasting menu with the wine pairings. Every dish was perfect and the wine pairings were spot on. I even enjoyed a beetroot dish when I don't normally care for beets and I ate dessert, which I usually skip.
