  I booked a family apartment at the "resort" via their phone posted on their website. Upon arrival, I was told that my apartment was not part of the hotel and that me and my family were impeded from using the resorts facilities such as the main pool and golf course; and if I would like, this would have to be at an additional cost of 70%.

  Great hotel with great service and very nice golf facilities. Beautiful swimming pool and 2 min walk to the beach!

  There was no use explaining and or arguing (in Spanish or in English), that I had reserved the room through the Resorts website and was under no obligation - as a consumer - to know that the apartment was a secondary accommodation, exceptioned to the usage of the facilities that led me to reserve the hotel in the first place. This is consumer fraude at its textbook example.

  This resort is a fraude, and the people at the reception should be booked for misrepresentation.

  Not to be totally negative, the apartment is good and beach front. However, there is no air conditioner and that fact is also not mentioned at the moment of reservation. You have to count on nature to allow you to sleep. I highly recommend being extra careful at the moment of booking or spending your money elsewhere.

  Ive liked a lot the resort because is full of things and at a very good price
